I participated in sunrise yoga while on vacation in Kauai and it was nothing short of amazing! Brooke is very friendly and her class didn’t feel intimidating at all, considering it was only my second time taking yoga. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun/relaxing experience. My body felt great afterwards!
