Dr.Brooke is an absolute gem in the community! Love her studio space in Kapaa. Perfect location along the bike path! Did an acupuncture treatment and cupping! It was incredible. Acupuncture started w prep of what will be going on during the session…laid down, had the needles in for 30 mins (fell asleep) while laying down listening to relaxing music. Removed needles and got ready for cupping treatment on my back. The cupping was traditional fire cupping used on the skin to enhance circulation, relieve pain, and extract toxins from the body. It felt like an inverted massaged. Loved loved loved it! Planning on booking a session once a month to help keep my body preforming at its best! Thank you Dr. Brooke!
